We have extensive knowledge of both pine and eucalyptus processing, and have played a leading role in several projects to set up new moulding factories, having experience in all sectors related to moulding manufacturing.

With language skills in English and Spanish, we offer complete support to our clients, including technical translations and communication with international suppliers. In addition, we have experience in team leadership, having managed manufacturing teams of more than 800 people and project teams of more than 100 people, ensuring that employees are aligned with the company's objectives and goals.

We use statistical tools and methodologies such as PDCA, DMAIC, SMED, KAIZEN, RPS, 5S, OS and KPIs to identify areas for optimization and continuous improvement, with a focus on reducing waste and continuously improving processes. We work incessantly with the quality sector to reduce waste and improve final quality and have already been responsible for an annual budget of R$ 19 million in projects in pulp and paper industries and US$ 55 million in new frame factories, which demonstrates our financial management capacity.

We provide consultancy services to companies inside and outside Brazil, helping to identify areas for improvement, cost reduction and the implementation of efficient processes.
